Join us for a session where you can learn to recognise the impacts of stress on you and those around you & build ways to become more resilient.

About this event

“Emotional Logic is like a course of immunisations – small doses gradually building up a stronger and stronger resistance to life’s problems.”

For those of us that are finding that their inner energy reservoirs are being rapidly depleted, you should consider this course.

Experienced business coach and Emotional Logic Trainer, Chris Lorimer, will lead you through this 2 hour session, designed to help you:

• Recognise the impacts of stress on you and those around you

• Be able to understand how you can use unpleasant feelings in a positive way

• Build and implement strategies to become more resilient

The course is based on the Emotional Logic methodology which has been developed over 30 years research in the medical setting.

This event is run by the Devon Business & Education Trust and is part of our Career Mentoring project, designed to help unemployed individuals get into work, education or training. The project gives individuals access to masterclasses and one to one conversations with a mentor for personalised support on your journey.

The project is funded by the European Social Fund, with thanks to Petroc Community Grants, and runs until May 2022.

Devon Business & Education Trust is a registered charity set up during COVID-19 to support the community and provide opportunities in education, employment and confidence-building.
